Please bear in mind that when booking, you will need to have a patch test done for some procedures before your appointment. Please allow at least 7 days. Some patch tests can be sent in the post. For more details, please email julia@juliaodwyer-clinic.co.uk

Some clients need to have a patch test before the first treatment; this can sometimes be posted out.
All new clients also need to undergo initial medical pre-screening, which can be done via email or phone.
Phone consultations are available if required (usually within 48 hours).
An appointment will be arranged after medical pre-screening has been completed.
A non-refundable Booking Fee is taken to secure and hold your appointment.
The Booking Fee to secure the agreed appointment can be paid in cash in person, via credit card, with a payment link, or via our booking system.

Aesthetic Treatments:
£100 for Aesthetic treatments £0 – £300;
£200 for Aesthetic treatments £301 – £600;

£500 for Aesthetic treatments £1201 – £1500;
£600 for Aesthetic treatments £1501 – £1800;

The Booking Fee is required to secure and confirm the appointment at the time of booking.
The Booking Fee will go towards the total price of the treatment. The Booking Fee is non-refundable but transferable if cancelled with minimum 7 days notice or rescheduled with a minimum of 72 hours notice.
If the appointment is cancelled within 7 days or rescheduled less than 72 hours before the appointment time, the Booking Fee will NOT be applied to the newly rescheduled treatment, and a new Booking Fee must be paid to reschedule.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be at the practitioner’s discretion to decide whether you can proceed with your treatment that day. If you are more than 30 minutes late to your appointment, you lose your booking fee and must reschedule your appointment for another date. You must also pay a new booking fee for the new appointment reservation. Please note that every time you are late to your appointment, it affects the rest of the appointment times after yours; please be respectful.
Cancellation
Considering the Practitioner’s time, 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule the appointment.
Cancellations within 5 days or changes to appointments within a 72-hour time period will be charged 50% of the appointment cost and a new Booking Fee.
No-shows or missed appointments will incur the entire treatment cost and a new Booking Fee.
Appointments can only be rescheduled twice before a new Booking Fee is required.
Consultation
All treatment visits always start with a consultation. A consultation is an informal chat designed to put you at ease, allow you to discuss your desired outcome, and ask any questions.
If you are unsure about the procedure and only wish to attend an advanced consultation without treatment immediately thereafter, please arrange a 30-minute appointment (£50) for Microblading and Permanent Makeup or Scalp Micropigmentation procedures, Medical Tattooing, Aesthetics procedures or Skin treatments. You can then decide if you wish to proceed with the treatment you discussed at a future date. The £50 consultation fee will be charged at the time of booking and is redeemable from your procedure cost if the procedure is carried out within 4 months of the consultation. Telephone or Skype consultations are possible, and one session can be arranged free of charge.
Retouch After Treatment
Permanent Makeup and Scalp Micropigmentation
Every treatment includes a complimentary retouch or perfecting appointment (Microblading and Permanent Makeup after one session and Scalp Micropigmentation after two sessions). The free retouch is already included in the price of the treatment and has no cash value if cancelled or not needed. The retouch must be completed within 4-12 weeks of your initial appointment. It is the client’s responsibility to arrange the appointment. If the retouch appointment is cancelled 5 days or rescheduled with less than 72 hours’ notice, a fee will be charged to re-book. There is NO retouching after a ‘Colour Boost’ (this means one appointment only).
Aesthetic treatments
Botox treatment includes a complimentary review within 2-3 weeks after the initial appointment if required. Any other appointments thereafter are chargeable at full cost.
There are no complimentary reviews after Filler treatments.

Refunds
All Services and Sales are non-refundable.
Prepaid courses are not refundable and non-transferable. In exceptional circumstances, the differences can be awarded as a credit (the used sessions will be charged at the single rate, not the discounted multi-buy price).
Right to Refuse Service
Julia O’Dwyer Clinics reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behaviour to any staff member.
Restrictions
Consultations and treatments occur throughout all the Julia O’Dwyer Clinics based in the United Kingdom, Europe and the rest of the world. The information in this Terms of Treatment document relates to all clinic locations, and any dispute must be forwarded to the UK-based head office where the jurisdiction lies.
Blood tests and supplements must be paid in full at the time of purchase and are non-refundable.
If you order your Blood Test or Supplements online via the booking app, please choose a random, next-available waitlist slot, and we will contact you to arrange pick-up or delivery.
The tests do not include an in-person consultation. If you would like one, please book it separately.
