Hairline Reconstruction

We offer non-surgical solutions for hair loss. The best results are achieved with shaved or very short hair.

One of the most important decisions will be the creation of a suitable hairline; as the leading Micropigmentation Clinic, we can restore your hairline in an undetectable way, creating the utmost natural hair follicle simulation. As the hairline will be the focus point of the treatment, we advise you to choose an experienced artist with many years in the Micropigmentation Industry. Our highly experienced Technician has a very artistic eye and will create a bespoke hairline for every client, tailored to their individual needs and preferred style. Our accomplished expert practitioner will subtly layer different shades of pigments to achieve this and measure out the exact hairline to suit your facial features, making sure the template is age appropriate.

The softer the hairline you choose, the more natural the results will be. A hairline that is straighter and more edged up will give the appearance of a freshly clipped style and suit darker skin tones better. The procedure is similar to permanent make-up or body tattooing, where small amounts of pigments are implanted into the dermal layer of the skin with microscopic needles to get the most realistic results. The result of the stubble effect last 3-5 years before a touch up is needed .The style we recommend depends on the stage of hair loss. In most cases it is best to go down to a shaven look and keep the hair completely shaved or very short clipped to get the best results. The maintenance needed is to use a clipper every couple of days or a wet shave. Our innovative high-end Hair Follicle Simulation (HFS) technique is internationally recognized and pursues more than the goal of enhancing people’s beauty for aesthetic reasons. When applying HFS, Julia is able to create the finest outlines, precisely pigmented areas and a purely natural look in a very short time. Many men do not indulge in their cosmetic treatment and only look for fast and long-lasting help. Aesthetic Solutions International Ltd are pleased to be able to offer this fantastic treatment to our clients.

Density Fill

If clients suffer with thinning hair – density treatments where follicle simulations are placed between the existing hairs to camouflage the naturally light skin tone of the scalp, minimizing the contrast between scalp and hair colour; giving the appearance of fuller, more voluminous hair.

This can also be used for clients that have had a hair transplant and the hair still has not enough density. This is especially popular with men that have dark hair and a light complexion, as the contrast is very noticeable; By adding colour the contrast is reduced and a thicker look is created.

Full Head

The most common form of hair loss in males is male pattern baldness, also known as Androgenetic Alopecia. At least 50% of the male population is believed to show first signs of this hair loss by the age of 20.

The pattern usually starts with a receding hairline and followed through to the crown. In advanced stages there is often the very typical horseshoe bald patch on the crown alongside the receded hairline and thinning temples. It is a hereditary condition and usually linked to a hormone called Dihydrotestosterone, the hair shafts get thinner until they fall out.

Scar Camouflage

After a hair transplant, some clients find that the results are not always as good as they hoped for or they can be left with many small scars following FUE transplants or a long scar following FUT transplants. These noticeable post surgery scars are known to cause anxiety to the client due to the negative focus they command. Scalp Micropigmentation can be used to camouflage these scars very effectively rendering them virtually undetectable.

Any form of scar can be covered with Scalp Micropigmentation, including contracture (burn) scars, scars caused by previous illness and surgical scars.

Alopecia

According to the National Alopecia Areata Foundation “over 147 million people worldwide have or will develop Alopecia Areata.” This is an auto immune disorder that results in unpredictable hairloss, often appearing in numerous round patches all over the scalp. People suffering from hair loss illnesses such as Alopecia Areata or even Alopecia Totalis / Universalis (total hair loss), are deeply affected by the dramatic changes in their appearance.

Thanks to Scalp Micropigmentation there is now a solution for those suffering from these conditions.Other common reasons for hairloss are, wearing hair in a tight ponytail for a long time or having braided hair. This is also known as Traction Alopecia. The answer to the described alopecia patients is an SMP technique which is applied by implanting tiny natural pigment deposits into the dermal layer of the skin, to resemble the look of hair follicles. It is a form of cosmetic tattooing, however, the colours applied are more shaded than tattooing colours and the technique is specifically developed for the very sensitive scalp tissue.

Hair Transplant Improvement

In some cases even successful hair transplant procedures will not leave you with the desired density, this may be due to the transplanted hair being rejected or insufficient amounts of donor hair being available; therefore a Scalp Micropigmentation Density Fill will create the desired level of density.

Corrections

If you were unlucky enough to have received treatment elsewhere that was not performed correctly or did not achieve your desired outcome; we may be able to correct this. An in person consultation will be necessary so that one of our skilled Practitioners will be able to advise you on the best way forward, whether this is to correct it by adding additional density or blending. In severe cases we will be able to refer you to one of our trusted Laser Practitioners.

Scalp Meso Therapy

Scalp Micropigmentation might not always be the first option we suggest, in some cases it can be necessary to begin with Meso Therapy to create a better canvas to work on; in other cases MesoTherapy, enriched with a specific growth factor that stimulates dormant hair growth might be enough to achieve the desired improvement; this depends on a number of factors and needs to be discussed with one of our expert Practitioners.

Even though Scalp Micropigmentation is a permanent treatment you will be required to have a touch up appointment every 3 – 5 years to boost and refresh the look to maintain your desired appearance.
