Colour Boost

If you want your Permanent Makeup to stay fresh and vibrant you will require a regular Colour Boost appointment during which your Practitioner tops up the pigments in your skin. Typically, Colour Boosts are done between every 10 to 12 months. However, some clients prefer to have a top-up every 6 months where others prefer to wait 18 months between appointments.

Even so Permanent Makeup is a form of tattooing it is not permanent. Once upon a time, we used to call it Semi-Permanent Makeup. However, this was misleading as clients thought it would disappear after a short period of time. Permanent Makeup Artists unlike conventional tattoo artists use pigments rather than inks which have got a much smaller molecules than inks and are therefore broken down by your body and fades over time.
